1. I don't know the price in Thailand, but it's around 199 + state tax + country tax here. Total will be around 230 USD from Apple store. You can get it from other stores, but without the warranted.
2. Jailbreak is the operation system that allow you to use all the application created illegally for Ipod and Iphone. It's the same sort with hacking. So once you install it, the apple warranty will be no longer valid.
3.From my experience, I will say no". But many people have the problem because the warranted doesn't work in Thailand. If you need repair service, sometimes it's cheaper to just buy the new one.
